one thing you are doing well and one thing you need to improve

Thinking about this module write about one thing you are doing well and one thing you need to improve on. One thing that I did well was getting on with my work and one thing I need to work on was time management and not talking to people when i'm meant to be working.  

The Wahine

The Wahine was a ferry that had left from the south island and
was caught in a storm that left them off course they ended up crashing into the Barrett reef
and they only sounded the alarm that they were going to abandon ship 5 hours later.

 James k baxter was a poet who died at the age of 46.today we read a poem by james k baxter were a Pigeon saved the life of a ant one time when the pigeon was resting a boy tried to kill the bird when the antbit th boy ant saved the birds life.

today is history the local tribal people gave the pack has some land to build a school but they didn't end up building it so the local people wanted it back so they went to the court but the judge called the locals saveges.

Jean Batten

Jean Batten reaches Auckland after epic solo flight

16 October 1936

Jean batten flew from south america in her Gull low winged plane with two extra petrol tanks she flew night and day only stopping in europe to refill and then continuing on her way to sydney by herself and waited there until the weather over the Tasman sea improved until continuing on her way to new zealand.

New Zealand coastwatchers executed by the Japanese

15 October 1942

in 1942 seventeen coast watchers and five civilians were 

captured by the japan while keeping 

watch over the coast for 24 hours for enemy ships and aircrafts. 

they were captured in the island of kiribati

and were and imprisoned on Tarawa atoll then 

all beheaded following the american raid on the island.
