The BFG

The BFG is a big friendly giant that lives in giant country, giant country is a horrifying place inhabited by hideous man eating giants. The giant country is home to  disgusting snozzcumbers.
the big friendly giant is a kind and caring giant the bfg is quit agile for his humongous size.
The bfg wheres a big brown vest and a browning white shirt underneath. The bfg goes around in the sharp breez of the night and catching all types of dreams in clear glass bottles. The bfg's broad ears allow him to almost hear what the dream is about. the bfg has massive dirty shoes covering his big feet.

Facts

Maria Wodzicka was a immigrant and she negotiated the new zealand government to let the polish kids into the country. 

There were 733 polish kids and 102 adults on the boat to new zealand. 

The kids and the adults were seeking safety from the war-torn europe. 

The kids lived by Pahīatua in the wairarapa.

1941 prompted Joseph Stalin to send over 120,000 Polish prisoners to Iran.

The camp for the children was called little Poland.

Thinking about this module write about one thing you are doing well and one thing you need to improve on. One thing that I did well was getting on with my work and one thing I need to work on was time management and not talking to people when i'm meant to be working.

Jean Batten reaches Auckland after epic solo flight

Jean batten flew from south america in her Gull low winged plane with two extra petrol tanks she flew night and day only stopping in europe to refill and then continuing on her way to sydney by herself and waited there until the weather over the Tasman sea improved until continuing on her way to new zealand.

New Zealand coastwatchers executed by the Japanese

15 October 1942

in 1942 seventeen coast watchers and five civilians were 

captured by the japan while keeping 

watch over the coast for 24 hours for enemy ships and aircrafts. 

they were captured in the island of kiribati

and were and imprisoned on Tarawa atoll then 

all beheaded following the american raid on the island.

I like chose to draw this symbol because it really sybil and symbolises
exactly what we were meant to draw.

In the soccer I would like it to be only one ball and that we could work out actual positions so that it's not all crazy.
Also we could add in that there could be a no shoes rule because it really hurts when you get kicked in the shins with no shin guards on. 
maybe also there could be two goalies so that its harder for the person to score and easier for the team that's trying to defend.

Today we played a game called fortball !
Here are some mods for it.

• we could make the in zones bigger
• make the whole set up bigger
• If you get tagged you have to go with them to jail 
• make it so that you can kick the ball 
• mark were you are out like boundrees are 
• also make it so that there are more balls like every team has 1 netball or basketball and 1 ruby ball but you can only kick 1 ball 
• you have to have 3 balls to win

Orienteering reflection

With this activity I really enjoyed because we got to learn about maps and how to read them.
The thing that I would do different next time would be listening more and not letting my sore arm distract me form my work. ( I had a sore arm ).
